Without Equipment

  1. Lean forward with your feet together as much as possible.
  2. Squat with your feet fully supported.
  3. Walk with one foot in front of the other, on tiptoe, on your heels or with your knees raised.
  4. With one foot in front of another, raise the heels as long as possible.
  5. Try to grab something from the ground with one foot.
  6. Make turns while giving small jumps.
  7. Lean on one leg, stretching and raising the other a degree of 90 degrees while stretching your arms forward.

With Material
